Brenda is  working on a manuscript that is currently titled "Outcome Blind:  How Restorative Justice Improves the Process (and the Outcome) for Legal Proceedings and the Lives of the People Who Live Them."  It is scheduled for publication in the Spring of 2020.

Brenda offers direct legal and mediation services in Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.  She restricts her legal practice to cases when she identifies that they have the greatest potential for a restorative approach for the parties.  While the types of cases vary they include:
